This
"Ol' School Chopper" was painted for KC Choppers in Port Chester
NY. The theme chosen for this scoot was Charlie Daniel's "Devil went
down to Georgia". Since we always root for the underdog, we chose the
Devil as our subject. Red Metal Flake with 5 coats of Red Kandy were applied
for the base of our artwork. The decorative striping was done in Gold Leaf
with Black pinstriping around it. Background and foreground landscape were
executed in various Pearls to maintain the glitz of the Metalflake Base. The
Devil himself was airbrushed using solid Base paints.
The
neck on the frame carries a decorative profile of the Devil and "KC"
incorportated into the Gold Leaf Decorative striping.
The
Decorative Gold Leaf striping carries throughout the entire bike all the way
to the Rear Fender. The tail light housing was grounded with a Flame pattern
and Kandied over with Red. This provides a "Hologram" finish to the
housing.
With
a Kandied 3D Skulls gas cap, Springer front end, and the dual stacked square
headlights, this scoot screams... "Ol School!!!". A motorcycle just
like your Dad use to ride.
