This early Z1 Kawasaki Dragbike was custom built for performance. Designed and constructed by it's owner, "Smokin' Joe Terry, an avid dragbike racer himself. Some othe great features on this 1/4 mile monster are: onboard compressor, turbo kit, airshifter, wide Mickey Thompson bringing up the rear, approximately 300 horses out of that rear tire, and much, much more! With all of this, the one feature which amazes everyone who comes across this drag bike is the fact that it is registered and...

...Street Legal!!!

Joe Terry has always been a big race fan, and an even bigger Dale Earnhardt fan. With the passing of his hero, Joe dedicated his creation to this beloved Nascar driver. Joe widened the tail section to fit nicely over the rear tire, which also provided ample room for the airbrushed Earnhardt portrait. Paul based the entire bike in jet black. Fading a purple and blue pearl, he created the shredded pattern. These two colors along with black and white were also used in airbrushing the Dale Earnhardt portrait. Smoky didn't stop there, he had a custom seat created that continues the shred pattern, and then had the the tank and side covers professionally lettered. A very strange sight to see Joe Terry come streaming down your local street on this turbo charged terror.
